At PRINTING United Expo, IPI Editor Bob Neubauer caught up with Chad Simpson, supervisor of Print Services at East Baton Rouge Parish School System, who was scoping out wide-format printers to replace the aging models in his shop. The Expo was a perfect place to do this, he said: “You come to one spot, see it all.”

He talked about what impressed him at the Expo – including the robotic arm feeding pages to a perfect binder in the Standard Finishing booth – and also about labor challenges his shop is facing.
