Donel Autin has been named Chief Financial Officer of xpedx, a business of International Paper. Autin will also become a member of the xpedx Senior Lead Team and International Paper’s Finance Lead Team.

xpedx and Ryobi Ltd. have agreed to end their distribution relationship in the United States and Canada. Effective October 1, Ferrostaal AG will be master distributor for Ryobi offset printing presses in these markets.
International Paper will consolidate its xpedx, Western Paper Company and Zellerbach operations in Salt Lake City under the xpedx brand effective next Monday, April 4.
xpedx and Agfa Graphics are ending their distribution agreement. The parties have agreed to an orderly wind-down of their relationship to ensure end-user customers are properly supplied during the transition. Effective Feb. 28, 2011 xpedx will no longer distribute Agfa-branded graphic products in the United States.

Eastman Kodak Co. has named xpedx as the company’s primary U.S. national authorized reseller for Kodak’s suite of commercial prepress products. Kodak also notified Pitman Co. that it is terminating Pitman’s right to distribute all Kodak products. This termination will take effect at the end of business on October 5.
