But when Yale University Printing & Publishing Services (YPPS) relocated to new quarters in New Haven, Conn., last March, not only did the in-plant gain 7,000 square feet, a warehouse area and a better workflow, the shop cut its rent in half.

New Four-color Press at BCC In-plant

Yesterday, IPG Editor Bob Neubauer traveled to Pemberton, N.J., to visit the in-plant at Burlington County College. In March, the six-employee in-plant added a new four-color Ryobi 524GE offset press. Though the shop already had a pair of two-color presses and used them to produce lots of four-color work, Manager Steve Amitrano had wanted a four-color press for a long time.
