Cox will be responsible for sales to the municipal, industrial and post-consumer waste markets including the printing and document destruction industries. Vecoplan, LLC has promoted Mike Wilhoit to the newly created position of Vice President of Operations. Prior to his promotion Wilhoit was Operations Manager at Vecoplan and oversaw their recently completed building expansion.
