LANCASTER, PA—An accident involving a tow motor is believed to have caused the death of mechanic Terry Lefever at an RR Donnelley plant here on Monday, the Lancaster Intelligencer Journal reported.

RR Donnelley is closing Ohio plants in Greenfield and Sycamore Township, which will impact the jobs of nearly 225 employees in all. The Highland County Press reported that the Windy City-based printer filed a WARN notice for the Greenfield plant, which will begin layoffs of its staff of 166 on May 6.

RR Donnelley announced that it has accepted for payment all of the $172,196,000 aggregate principal amount of 2017 Notes and all of the $129,363,000 aggregate principal amount of 2016 Notes that have been validly tendered and not validly withdrawn prior to the Early Tender Date and expects to make payment on such notes today.
R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company has closed an offering of $450 million aggregate principal amount of 7.875 percent Notes due 2021. RR Donnelley intends to use the net proceeds from this offering, along with borrowings under its revolving credit facility, to partially fund tender offers for up to $500 million aggregate principal amount of its debt securities.
