Xplor Panel to Discuss Reshaping the Customer Experience

Xplor International has announced that XPLOR20 will feature a general session panel to kick off the day on Tuesday, Oct. 6. The session titled “The Evolution: Reshaping the Customer Experience” will feature five industry experts on customer experience. Hosted by industry marketer and Xplor International Association Board of Directors Vice Chair Joanne Gore, founder of Joanne Gore Communications, this event will involve four other industry experts including:
