Video Details IPMA's Graph Expo Lunch Panel

A new video from Rochester Software Associates shows highlights from the Graph Expo in-plant luncheon hosted by the In-plant Printing and Mailing Association. First, Howie Fenton of InfoTrends gave a presentation revealing the results of an ongoing in-plant survey, and offered advice on how in-plants can improve their performance.

Then three in-plant managers took to the stage to share innovative practices they use to bring more work into their shops and keep their in-plants relevant. They were Brian Wadell of the University of California-Davis, Curtis Ebdon of Fairfield University and Tammy Slone of Cedarville University.
