Walmart Print Solutions, in Bentonville, Arkansas, and the U.S. Government Publishing Office, in Washington, D.C., were among a small group of printing operations honored this week for recertifying their SGP sustainability certification, which recognizes top sustainability leaders in the printing industry. Holders of this certification must meet the rigorous requirements and undergo a comprehensive facility audit evaluating the three areas of sustainability – people, planet and profit. They utilize the highly acclaimed cloud-based SGP Impact Tracker to report and monitor progress on all sustainability metrics from carbon footprint to illness & injuries.
SGP Partnership, the authority in sustainable printing facility certifications, says 2021 was a pivotal year for sustainability in the printing industry with many new SGP certified facilities, renewed certifications and companies becoming part of the SGP Community.

With our rigorous printer certification for sustainability, together we continue to elevate sustainability best practices in the printing industry.”
