We have finished collecting the data for our annual ranking of the largest in-plants. As our December issue goes to press, we’ve decided to reveal some of the data a little early. While the University of Oklahoma and Penn State top the sales list, Brigham Young University and the University of Washington have the most employees, after factoring in BYU's 225 student employees. Here’s how it looks:
