Xerox plans to introduce the DocuColor 7000, a 70 ppm digital press. Xerox's FreeFlow Output Manager software centralizes print management by acting as a "traffic controller." Output Manager is designed to manage the flow of print jobs to the most appropriate networked print device.

Kodak also intends to roll out some advanced digital color machines. Enhancements to its NexPress technology promise to bring more flexibility and productivity.
