Hoover works closely with writers and the Web team to ensure that a consistent message is being sent out to the public. Administrative Services now handles all publications, including the high-end admissions and fund-raising products.

The new CTP unit comes at just the right time to help the in-plant handle all this new work. And if the in-plant determines that some jobs aren’t a good fit, Hoover says, “we also do all the print buying.”

Bob has served as editor of In-plant Impressions since October of 1994. Prior to that he served for three years as managing editor of Printing Impressions, a commercial printing publication.
