The in-plant markets its wide-format offerings to school administrators through portfolios that are handed out when the shop regularly visits its customers.
“We tell them that we can now talk about anything from buttons to banners, with brochures in between,” Griffin concludes. “We have a lot of sign shops here in Charlotte, and every one of them is hating us right now.”
