Tennessee In-plant Opens Retail Center
Middle Tennessee State University, in Murfreesboro, now has a new retail printing center on the first floor of its Student Union. Called BLUE print Solutions, the operation held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday as part of a three-day grand opening celebration, according to a story on dnj.com, a Gannett Co.
Overseen by Ed Arning, director of MTSU Printing Services, BLUE print Solutions is equipped with five Canon printers and a 64˝ wide-format printer and offers services such as digital color printing, posters, publication binding, passport photos and more. While the separate four-employee Printing Services operation will continue to focus on the higher-volume and specialty needs of departments and administration, BLUE print Solutions will primarily serve students, though its services will also be available to faculty, administrators, alumni and the general public.
