The Tecnau Experience Center (TEC) is now open in North Andover, Massachusettes, outside of Boston. The 3,000-square foot center contains Tecnau’s leading feeding and finishing solutions for high-speed digital presses, both continuous web and sheetfed. Equipment lines ready for live or virtual demonstrations include:
- Revolution 50 Stack 5251L: Revolution 50 is Tecnau’s latest generation finishing platform, offering speeds up to 590 fpm and above, paper weight compatibility from 40-300 gsm (or higher), and IoT connection for increased uptime. Stack 5251L cut/stack system stacks sheeted output up to 30” long.
- Stack 2320 with TC 1550 HS dynamic perforator: Tecnau’s prior generation cut/stack line is paired with a TC 1550 HS featuring bi-directional dynamic perforating and scoring.
- CutReady: Tecnau CutReady is an economical cut and shingling conveyor line for cost-effective production of postcards and other commercial print/direct mail applications from a roll. CutReady further demonstrates Tecnau’s commitment to providing customers more than a “one size fits all” continuous cutting line.
- Stack 1212: Aimed at a B2 sheetfed environment, Stack 1212 cuts and stacks B2/B2+ sheets down to finished sizes as small as 4” x 5”.
Further enhancements coming soon to the demo center include inline buckle folding, along with Tecnau’s latest generation unwind/rewind line, the Revolution 50 roll-to-roll.
Per Pete Dolfis, vice president of Americas sales, “Tecnau is excited to make it easy to see our top products in action.
