Storm Prompts In-Print Deadline Extension
A major winter storm blanketed much of the country with snow this week, preventing many people from reaching their offices. To ensure those impacted still had time to enter the In-Print contest, IPG and IPMA decided to extend the deadline a week. The new deadline will be Monday, February 7. All entries must be in the mail by then.
For those who intended to enter their in-plant's best work, but never got to it, this extension gives you one last chance (and one less excuse) to enter. Your staff worked hard to produce quality projects; the least you can do as their manager is enter their work in the In-Print contest.
Here's a tip: The non-offset categories usually get fewer entries, giving you less competition. Also, there are five new categories designed for users of less robust digital printing equipment, so you won't be competing against iGen4s.
Contest judging will take place March 14, at Redlands Community College, in El Reno, Okla.
