Spiral Binding Acquires Lawrence Binding Systems

Spiral Binding (Spiral), an industry leader in the manufacturing and distribution of print finishing supplies and equipment, has announced the acquisition of Cleveland-based, Lawrence Binding Systems (LBS). Founder Bill Lawrence will remain as an advisor for the successful long-term transition and integration of the company into Spiral Binding. It is the intention of Lawrence to retire after the transition period is completed.

Spiral President Robert Roth adds, "I have known Bill for a long time and am very excited to come to an agreement that will not only allow LBS customers to continue receiving the products and service they are accustomed to but also add many more products that will help them grow their businesses.” Along with Lawrence, Spiral will be retaining many of the key LBS employees.
