Sorting It Out With Collators
The in-plant installed an MBM Maxxum 10 vertical collator with an MBM Sprint Bookletmaker in 1995. Prior to that, the in-plant either collated projects by hand or outsourced the work, sometimes adding days to turnaround. The collator acquisition not only saved the in-plant time and third-party intervention, it also improved consistency.
