Exposition industry publisher Trade Show News Network (TSNN) has named the SGIA Expo to its Top US Trade Shows of 2017. The Expo was 77th on the list, which ranked the top 240 US trade shows by net square footage.
“We are honored to be considered one of the top trade shows in the country and our industry,” says Lexy Olisko, VP of expositions, Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA). “We continually strive to expand our show, and the services and opportunities it provides our audience.”
The annual SGIA Expo, which showcases innovative technologies and products in the printing marketplace, welcomed nearly 600 exhibitors and more than 19,000 registrants to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center to New Orleans in October 2017.
The 2018 SGIA Expo will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, October 18–20, after which the “SGIA Expo” name will retire. SGIA and NAPCO Media will launch the PRINTING United Expo in Dallas in 2019, highlighting opportunities created by the convergence of printing technologies and markets. PRINTING United will offer an even broader range of printing and finishing technologies. PRINTING United will cover print and finishing technologies in industry segments from garment to graphic, packaging to commercial, and industrial. Its objective is to convey all components of integrated solutions to satisfy virtually any client need.
