These days, in-plants of every size are looking beyond traditional print services for additional lines of business that will endear them to their customers while generating needed revenue. Services like scanning, shredding, garment printing, framing and many others are well within the grasp of in-plants. By adding services like these, in-plants are embedding themselves deeper into their organizations, and helping to ensure their survival.
A new article in the February issue of IPG details the experiences of nine in-plants as they experiment with new services and develop niches in their organizations. Find out how:
- Mesa (AZ) Public Schools got into the framing business
- The University of Texas at Austin makes money by destroying things
- Magnetic name badges are bringing customers into Ohio University Printing Services
- 3D printing is generating a buzz at California State University-Fullerton
Read about all these new services and more in our new article.
