Even as classrooms continue adding digital textbooks, one school has returned to hard copy books specifically because they are known to improve comprehension and reduce distraction, according to the Sydney Morning Herald.
This happened after a five-year experiment with iPads, during which students themselves decided they preferred pages to screens.
"The ease of navigation through the textbook was easier with the hard copy," notes Principal Dave Pitcairn.
