San Diego State University Gets FSC Certified
San Diego State University ReproGraphic Services has received Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) chain-of-custody certification for the paper products used in its operation. To earn this certification, ReproGraphics underwent a rigorous process that encompassed a site audit of its policies and procedures, records, paper usage and product labeling.
“Certification in the program expands and acknowledges ReproGraphics’ dedication to the environment and sustainability practices on campus,” notes Leslie Rutledge, manager. “Printing on FSC-certified papers is an effective way to demonstrate this commitment.”
The certification process was performed by Scientific Certification Systems, an independent third-party certifier of environmental and sustainability claims
