NEW Insignia6H PLUS with Enhanced Interface

The new Insignia6H PLUS Die-Cutter is a game-changer, ideal for printers seeking entry into the packaging market. The IS6H does it all: die-cutting, kiss-cutting, creasing, perforating, embossing, and automated waste removal plus a choice of three delivery options. Chameleon Folder/Gluer

Chameleon is a new class in the folding and gluing market. It is a smaller footprint machine with a unique open architecture design. This design gives operators easy access for make-readies and accessory manipulation. With industry leading belt speed, quick set-ups and the ability for modular expansions, the Chameleon delivers cutting edge solutions for converting of direct mail, packaging, retail, and fulfillment. The system will be shown near-line processing die-cut cartons into glued and folded cartons.

990 Basic and Jetstream XY Slit/Score/Perfing System 

Rollem’s cornerstone solutions will include two Slit+Score+Perf Systems; one geared for shorter runs and one for higher volume runs, shown with the new StackMaster delivery unit.

Attendees will see our economical solution for short run finishing, the Champion 990 Basic showing 100% accurate Greeting Card scoring.  The highly automated Jetstream system will be on full display converting multiple-up sheets with 100% accurate slitting, scoring, and perforating. Demonstration Golf Score Cards are delivered into the NEW receding StackMaster delivery for easy off-loading of products.

SS Semi-Slitter 

The Champion SS is the top choice of sign and label producers to kiss-cut labels and PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) stickers. Rollem has with the largest range of semi-slitters on the market today, totaling five model sizes up to 42” in width. Back or face-slit with precisely controlled cuts and easy depth adjustment on all types of liner stocks.
