In-plant Chat Session

The next session will take place next Thursday, January 24, at 4:00 p.m. EST. Titled "Reorganizing Teams for Efficiency," it will be led by Tim Hendrix, program manager at the State of Oregon DAS Publishing & Distribution Program, in Salem, Ore.

Hendrix will answer questions submitted ahead of time about reorganizing in-plant teams to maximize efficiency. Speaking from first-hand knowledge after experiencing 20 percent staff reductions since 2010, Hendrix will discuss how to keep employees motivated, access their strengths, offer up what has worked in his operation, and share how his in-plant has leveraged technology to increase efficiency. If time permits, he will take live questions from callers.

The session is limited to the first 50 callers to register. Find registration information here, and submit your questions by January 21st. Participants may listen to recordings of past sessions as well.
