Tapella, the newly appointed Public Printer, will provide the keynote address at the second annual “Digital Printing in Government” forum, taking place in Washington, D.C., Wednesday, November 28, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Hosted by INTERQUEST, a market and technology research and consulting firm, the event will feature key results from INTERQUEST’s new study “Digital Printing in Government: Perspectives of Print Buyers and Outsourcing Providers.”
Joining Tapella will be Gilles Biscos, president of INTERQUEST, who will analyze key trends in the publishing, print-on-demand, transactional and direct mail markets.
