RISO Showcasing All-New Product Lines, Concept Devices at Graph Expo in September
RISO Inc., long recognized as a world leader in digital duplicators and innovator of inkjet printing technology, will be showcasing all-new product lines at this September’s Graph Expo in Orlando, Fla., Sept. 25-28. In addition to a new line of business inkjet printers and a freshly launched digital duplicator line, the company will also be showcasing a number of concept printers intended for the high-volume production market.
The ComColor FW series, launched in the North American market June 15, provides office environments with high speed, full color variable data printing at 120 ppm, as well as improved scanning, copying and networking capabilities — all in a smaller footprint than previous models. Designed as a business inkjet machine, the ComColor FW series delivers high productivity, energy efficiency and reliability.
RISO’s SF series of digital duplicators, scheduled to launch Sept. 1, incorporates several new improvements, delivering the crisper quality of a true 600x600 dpi, higher speeds than previous models — up to 150 sheets/min. — and an overall easier operation.
RISO will be displaying a number of prototype printing systems, such as the T1 and T2 concept machines which debuted at drupa in Germany earlier this year. The RISO T1 is a compact, full color printer which uses continuous roll-paper instead of cut sheet paper, enabling printers to use the post-processing devices that they already own while incorporating the cost-effectiveness of RISO printing. The RISO T2 system offers a significant improvement in efficiency for duplex printing, reaching speeds of 300 duplexed prints/min.
