RISO High Speed Digital Duplicator Heads Stateside

The SE9480 Digital Duplicator, RISO's latest advancement in high-speed digital duplicating, is now available in the United States. It is the fastest cut-sheet duplicator on the market, printing up to 185 sheets per minute.

The SE9480 provides users with a fast, easy and economically viable method of printing high-volume documents. Because digital duplicators are more efficient than toner-based systems when it comes to large runs, the overall cost per print decreases as job size increases. The device is Energy Star compliant and uses 95 percent less power than toner-based systems. Its optional "Letter Cylinder" prints these popular sizes even more efficiently.

The SE9480 can scan and print high-resolution images at a true 600 dpi and uses new technology to produce clean, uniform imaging of solids and fine text at high printing speeds. Users can add optional color cylinders to broaden their color options, including metallic colors like gold, which can increase the visual appeal of a document.

To increase ease of operation, the SE9480 incorporates a large interactive touchscreen panel, providing easy review and point-of-printing editing of documents. Users can choose from multiple image modes to allow for the best duplication of the original document and optimum print quality and easy supply management is ensured by the RISO i Quality System.
