Ricoh Recognized by Premier

Ricoh Americas Corp. has been recognized by the Premier healthcare alliance as a winner of the 2007 Pinnacle Award for supplier performance. The award was presented at the 2007 Premier Annual Breakthroughs Conference & Exhibition in Orlando.

Ricoh earned the Pinnacle award for consistent performance excellence with the Premier alliance. The award is based on performance data collected during the year and shared with contracted suppliers through the Premier business line review process.

“The Premier Pinnacle Award honors those elite suppliers who understand the importance of collaboration and strive for performance excellence. These suppliers are setting the standard for all of Premier’s contracted suppliers as we work together to improve the healthcare of our communities,” said Mike Alkire, president of Premier Purchasing Partners, L.P.

The 2007 Premier Pinnacle Award was awarded to 13 suppliers out of 720 eligible contracted suppliers who have consistently achieved scorecard ratings in 2006 of 95 percent or higher.
