Registration is underway for the 2025 Inkjet Summit, the industry’s premier event for inkjet printing technology, and in-plants are encouraged to register. Presented by PRINTING United Alliance, the event returns to Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, this year and will take place at the luxurious Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa on April 14-16.
Hosted by In-plant Impressions and Printing Impressions, this exclusive, invitation-only event brings together senior-level decision-makers and industry leaders to explore the transformative potential of production inkjet technology. More details can be found at: ijsummit.com.
The event features an in-plant track, and each year about two dozen in-plant managers or directors participate. Qualified attendees (i.e., in-plants actively investigating inkjet with plans to acquire a press) will have all of their travel and hotel expenses covered. Dozens of in-plants have gone on to purchase production inkjet presses after attending the Inkjet Summit, and all have praised the event for informing their inkjet decisions.

As 2025 unfolds, print leaders are worried about corporate and personal taxes, inflation from trade tariffs, the subsequent influence on interest rates, and how shifts in immigration policies may affect worker availability. This makes production inkjet printing an essential tool for the direct mail, general commercial, publishing, and transaction print sectors.
“We can be certain of two things: finding and retaining qualified labor will be more challenging and costly in 2025 than in 2024, and the run lengths of print jobs will continue to decrease as their order frequency increases,” says Conference Chair Marco Boer of IT Strategies. “The implication of all this is that, given the industry's fragmentation and inefficiencies, we must enhance automation, focusing initially on boosting labor efficiency. The 2025 Inkjet Summit will focus on leveraging the versatility of production inkjet printing with workflow software and modern finishing.”
Who Should Attend?
The Inkjet Summit is designed for executive decision-makers and senior leaders actively considering or implementing production inkjet technology. It is an unparalleled opportunity to explore the benefits of inkjet printing, gain actionable insights, and position your business for long-term success. Application focus areas include In-plant Printing, General Commercial Print, Direct Mail, Transaction Print/Customer Communications, and Book Printing.
