The in-plant has been recognized for its promotional efforts. In 1997 it won an IPMA award for self-promotion.

In the future, Lombardy wants to reduce paper usage by finding alternate methods of delivery, like e-mail. He and his staff are currently being trained in Web design, and he eventually plans to build a company-wide image archive.
