Presstek 52DI Enables Universal Lithographers to Expand Business and Increase Customer Retention

Universal Lithographers is a 42-person print shop that produces high-end graphics for major Midwestern manufacturers, insurance companies, financial institutions, and advertising and design firms. The company installed a Presstek 52DI press to accomplish four specific business objectives: increase customer retention, develop new business opportunities, support customer in-plant jobs and fulfill printing requirements from the company’s Web store.
