The In-plant Printing and Mailing Association is working with Howie Fenton, VP of consulting at IMG, to develop a white paper on the subject of cost savings provided by in-plant print and mail operations. Fenton is looking for participants who can share information on cost savings that their in-plant operation provides to their parent organization that has been quantified in any of the following methods:
- Make vs. buy analysis on the cost savings provided overall or for a specific segment of products (comparison of what it costs you to manufacture internally vs. buying from external sources).
- Large projects that have been quoted externally and then produced internally at a cost savings.
As a thank you, participants will be provided a summary of the findings. In-plants interested in participating can email cgoin@ipma.org.
