On Demand Show Focuses on In-plants
Whether or not the show really helps boost salaries is unclear, but one thing that’s certain is that the conference is making an obvious effort to focus on in-plants. A quick glance through the program reveals 11 sessions with in-plant managers as speakers.
Tom Bliss, group conference director, says the number of in-plant attendees has increased over the years. A whopping 60 percent of conference attendees now hail from in-plants.
