One of the best parts of any NSPA conference is when members update each other on what they have been doing back home. Two members, Gary Judd of Missouri (see article on Mr. Judd's recent death) and Raúl Guevara, of the Kansas Department of Transportation, talked about the recent open houses they held to introduce new customers to their services. Both reported very positive results.
