We are ready for the show. Next week, thousands of printers will head to Atlanta for PRINTING United Expo 2023, the largest graphic arts trade show in North America. In addition to the massive show floor featuring more than 800 exhibitors, the Expo will be packed with educational sessions and networking events.
Some of these will be focused directly on the in-plant market. In-plant Impressions will run two In-plant Forums, Sponsored by Canon Solutions America and Ricoh, and in partnership with the In-plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA). They will take place on the first and second days of the three-day Expo.
In addition, IPMA will host a lunch session on Thursday Oct. 19. All in-plants are invited, IPMA members and non-members. In-plant managers can also get together at the close of the show each day for a happy hour in the In-plant Community Hub, where Printers Ale will be served. (Watch my taste-test of the product here.)
I’ll be in Atlanta all week, visiting area in-plants on Tuesday, and attending pre-Expo meetings and receptions. I’ll also be recording video interviews on the show floor along with a podcast interview of in-plant managers. We plan to provide you with lots of show coverage, both during and after the Expo. If you intend to be there, be sure to say hello if you see me.
