New Pivoting Pole Banner Mounting System, Gas Pump Frames
Alpina Manufacturing has just released two new products for producers of banners and signage.
The Ban45 pole banner mounting system is designed to pivot away from the force of the wind, to deflect wind forces starting at about 40 mph, to a full pivot of approximately 45 degrees at 50 mph+. As soon as the wind subsides, the Ban45’s springs bring it back to center. Ban45 helps preserve your banners and banner poles in high winds and reduce stresses to streetlight poles.

Features:
- Design has top and bottom supports to prevent inward flexing of the banner poles, keeping the banner as flat as possible to not capture wind like our competitor’s device.
- Ban45uses the highest strength “pultruded” fiberglass rods, ¾ inch diameter.
- Dual spring pivot system so that if 1 spring weakened or failed, the 2nd spring ensures continued pivoting performance.
- Top and bottom supports to prevent inward pole flexing, keeping the banner as flat as possible as it pivots to deflect high winds.
- Stainless Steel, tethered pole lock pin, easy to use and insert, no lost or dropped cotter pins when high up in a bucket truck.
- Solid aluminum alloy construction, with a light grey outdoor rated powder coat that blends in with the streetlight.
- Supplied with high strength stainless steel bands for attaching Ban45to any 4” to 10” diameter poles, round or square. Custom length bands available. Ours are 3-4x stronger torque clamping strength.
Gas pump frames
Easy-to-install Gas Pump Frames will drive more sales by enticing gas purchases to come into the store to buy items.
- Standard size frames are for 5”x7” and 8 ½”x11” graphics, but we can make any size!
- Mount on pump hose, or the top, and side of pump, underneath hood, anyway you want, with strong double sided foam tape. No drilling or damage.
- Frames made of super tough ABS UV protected plastic.
- Black standard color, but can be custom molded in White, Blue, Red, Yellow, Green, etc
- Frames can handle bending, winds, impacts and super hot and cold weather.
- We can silkscreen your logo on one or both sides of frame, or a high tack color labels can be applied.
