New IPG Video Shows Konica Minolta Product Launch

Last month, Konica Minolta Business Solutions launched its new 100-page-per-minute color printer, the bizhub PRESS C1100, at an event in New York City, during which the company also showed off its 3D printing systems. A new video from IPG lets you become part of that high-profile event.

Rick Taylor, president and chief operating officer, noted that Konica Minolta's real competitors these days are companies like Starbucks, Apple and Nordstrom that offer unbelievable customer service.

"What the customer experience is long term will define our company," he said during the event.
