New ACUP Video Highlights Fox Valley In-plant

When they weren't networking or attending educational sessions, the 82 higher-ed in-plant managers who attended the recent Association of College and University Printers conference were visiting with vendors on the busy exhibit floor. One vendor that attracted a lot of visitors was Rochester Software Associates. Customers and interested in-plant managers stopped in frequently to learn more about RSA's WebCRD software.

One of those customers was Shana Farrell, Printing Services and Distance Learning Manager at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wis. IPG caught up with her at RSA's booth and asked her how WebCRD has helped her run her in-plant better and make it easier for customers to do business with the shop. She explains all this and more in the video below.

RSA did more than just hold court at its booth during ACUP though. Senior Product Manager Vince Tutino held a roundtable discussion for customers and prospects to talk about how to get the most out of WebCRD. Managers shared their stories, successes and advice, and upcoming features in future product releases were discussed. Participants gleaned some valuable tips from the session.
