Heidelberg’s Autogate JDF application ensures that the naming conventions are imported, repeated and queued so that they are ready to be released to the platesetter and put on the plates. Plates may then be located easily and quickly, and run as needed. “And we can produce 250 ballots in three hours,” Schmuger attests.
