Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. has announced organizational changes that will position the company for long-term growth. Newly appointed CEO, Rick Taylor, is revamping his top ranks.
Throughout Hiro Okazaki’s nearly 30 years with the company, Konica Minolta has achieved unprecedented growth and produced outstanding results. Okazaki has served in various roles internationally and has been at the U.S. headquarters for the last five years. As executive VP, Okazaki will remain actively involved in leading the company’s mid-term planning, acquisitions, and budgets, continuing to direct the long-term future of the company through advancing key strategic initiatives.
Allan Schwedock will be promoted to Senior VP, operations and supply chain. Schwedock has been with Konica Minolta since 2007, most recently serving as VP, administration. In this expanded role, he will be responsible for all sales administration, logistics and supply chain management.
Kevin Kern will assume the expanded role of senior VP, business intelligence services and product planning. Kern joined Konica Minolta in 1994 as VP, product planning and excelled as the leader of Konica Minolta's Marketing and Product Planning department. He will focus on further enhancing software and solutions planning and development, vertical market teams, product management and planning along with managed print services and the company’s fast-growing ECM practice.
Dino Pagliarello will be promoted to VP, product management and planning. Pagliarello joined Konica Minolta in 2001 and will continue to be responsible for building and leading the next wave of game-changing technology.
Kay Du Fernandez will be promoted to the role of VP, marketing. She has been recognized for driving exceptional performance across functions, including Marketing Communications and Corporate Business Development. She will also be responsible for Channel Marketing, All Covered Marketing, the IT Services Division of Konica Minolta, Enterprise Learning and Leasing.
