Konica Buys California Dealership

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. has acquired DocuSource, a dealership headquartered in Cerritos, Ca., to increase Konica Minolta’s document management systems, solutions and services in the southern California region. DocuSource will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. and maintain its two current locations in Cerritos and Los Angeles, as well as its entire roster of employees.

DocuSource’s Chief Executive Officer Les Walker and President Jon Rashap will continue to lead the operation. They will report directly to Rick Taylor, president and COO of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc.
