In charge of producing books for the visually-impaired, Catano reveals that, in the past, it took six to 12 weeks to get his books, and the pictures and type were difficult to read. Now, the pages are larger, the text is brighter, the pictures are clearer and he gets it in a day—or less.
"We also save about $30,000," he discloses.
