IPMA Conference Wraps Up in Kansas City

Temperatures in Kansas City were over 100 degrees every day, but it mattered little to attendees, who had plenty of informative sessions to attend each day. Opening keynote speaker Nick Lowery, Kansas City Chiefs’ Hall of Famer, kept the audience on its toes by tossing a football randomly into the crowd (and even kicking it twice), as he talked about how to avoid the fear of failure and perform at your very best. IPG's Bob Neubauer presented the results of a research project on the in-plant industry, and showed a video featuring highlights from his visit to Canon's operations in Tokyo and Shanghai.
