First, describe the current situation in simple terms, he said. Then detail the proposed changes, and include photos. Describe the benefits this will bring. Finally, include a cost analysis. Since timing is crucial, Rountree suggested writing up the business case and waiting until a problem occurs that can be fixed with the proposed change. Then present your case.
