"However, it helps having a hardworking staff that always gets its work done," he maintains. "In the 24 years I have been here, we have only had two seasons where we [lost money]. Other than that, we have always made money."
Barclay believes in communicating with his staff and keeping them involved in the future of the shop. In fact, when the in-plant needs new equipment, he has the employees pick the models.
