Involving staff in decisions and focusing on customer satisfaction are the hallmarks of Chris Barclay's management style at Connecticut College Printing and Mailing Services.

"She put word out telling all the departments to use Printing Services before using anyone else," Barclay proudly states. "And that was without me asking her. It was awesome."

Change has been a constant for Barclay, who has had seven different supervisors in the past 15 years. He admits it has been a challenge working with different personalities and various management styles.
