Enhanced Surface

ExpressJet, VividJet and VantageJet make up the Domtar family of surface-enhanced inkjet products. Designed for Direct Mail

Mitsubishi Sword iJET is a premium inkjet coated paper from Mitsubishi Imaging designed for direct mail and commercial printing applications on high-speed, continuous inkjet presses. Sword iJET allows printers, using dye or pigment ink, to run at maximum production speeds while using less ink—without cockling, offsetting or bleeding—and it dries instantly. Opaque Super Smooth

International Paper’s new Accent Opaque Super Smooth with ImageLok Technology is certified for printing on Canon Solutions America’s production inkjet presses. It has the look of a matte-coated sheet in an uncoated treated product, giving users a luster sheet with better color and runnability. Other inkjet papers include Accent Dyemond: 18˝ wide and available in 75 gsm, 90 gsm and 105 gsm; Accent Opaque with ColorPRO: 19˝ wide and available in 75 gsm, 90 gsm, 105 gsm and 9-pt; and Williamsburg Offset with ImageLok: 18˝ wide and available in 90 gsm. —www.colorisforever.com

Smartbook Jet

Finch Paper’s Smartbook Jet is an uncoated paper with specially engineered surface treatment to maximize ink density and absorption. The Finch Mailstream family of treated inkjet substrates, developed for the transactional and direct mail markets, includes Finch Mailstream DS, optimized for dye-based and pigment systems with basis weights ranging from 20-lb. to 9-pt. reply; and two versions of Finch Mailstream XP (XP92 and XP96), a cross-platform substrate. Satin Coated

Midland Paper’s Satin Coated high-speed production inkjet paper is engineered with a satin inkjet coated surface and quick-dry features that allow fast operating speeds while consuming less drying energy. The paper has a color gamut of 249,000 CIE Lab Units and a 3-Star gamut rating on the HP T series inkjet web press.
