On Monday, a panel of six in-plant managers will convene in Kearney, Missouri, home of the In-plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA), to judge In-Print 2023, the only printing contest exclusively for in-plants.
Jointly sponsored by In-plant Impressions and IPMA, the contest pulled in more entries this year than in 2022. IPMA’s Jennifer Chambers spent weeks sorting and recording all 339 of them in preparation for Monday's judging.
This year’s panel of judges will include:
- IPMA Conference Chair Ben Fowler (Shelter Insurance)
- Bobbi Francis (BlueCross BlueShield of Kansas)
- Forrest McGuire (Iowa State University)
- Mike Barnes (Hunter Engineering)
- Larry Clements (Redlands Community College: retired)
- Nate Riggins (EMC Insurance)
The judges will select Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners from the 29 categories and will also pick Best of Show winners for the offset and non-offset categories. Winners will be honored at the IPMA 2023 conference, taking place June 4-8 at the Hyatt Coconut Point in Bonita Springs, Florida.
Watch IPI's Facebook page throughout the day for updates.
