In just three days, the winners of the the In-Print 2016 contest will be selected. Judging will take place on Monday, March 12, at IPMA headquarters in Kearney, Mo. Entries are up this year; 65 different in-plants entered 431 pieces in the contest's 28 categories.
The five judges will have their work cut out for them as they examine each one of these pieces. This year's lineup is a mixture of old and new judges:
- Christopher Donlon, Kohler Corp.
- Tammy Dunham, Nestle Purina PetCare
- Paul Ackerman, Blue Valley School District
- Kandy House, Southwestern Oklahoma State University
- Dan Kaminski, Church Mutual Insurance Co.
Larry Clements of Redlands Community College will photograph the winners and step in as a judge when needed. IPG Editor Bob Neubauer and IPMA Executive Director Carma Goin will be on hand to oversee the judging. Neubauer will also video the selection of the Best of Show winners. This video will be shown during the IPMA awards banquet in June to reveal the two Best of Show winners (offset and non-offset).
