In-plants Meet in Michigan for ‘Public Sector Symposium’

About 20 in-plants attended the Public Sector Symposium at the State of Michigan’s Department of Technology, Management & Budget facility.
About 20 in-plants gathered in Lansing, Michigan, yesterday for the second In-plant Printing and Mailing Association Road Show event. Focusing on public sector in-plants, the symposium took place at the State of Michigan’s Department of Technology, Management & Budget (DTMB) facility. In-plant managers enjoyed a full day of educational sessions, roundtable discussions, and networking, and got to visit the displays from eight sponsoring companies: Canon, Ricoh, HP, Rochester Software Associates, Central Michigan Paper, Troy Group, Swagforce, and BlueCrest.
Kristen Hampton, director of Print and Mail Management, welcomed the group to her facility. A representative from the Michigan State Police led a session on cybersecurity, and Jenee Clear of DTMB talked about “DEI in the Workplace.” Other presentations were given by sponsors Ricoh, Canon, and Swagforce.
