Another In-plant Lunch at PRINT 13
IPG isn't the only one hosting a free lunch for in-plants at PRINT 13. (More info on that here.) The In-plant Printing and Mailing Association is having a free lunch-and-learn session on Tuesday September 10, from 12:15-1:45.
All in-plants are invited to hear moderator Charlie Corr, of InfoTrends, offer his observations of the industry. Also on the docket will be in-plant customers of Kodak, Konica Minolta and Rochester Software Associates, sharing their experiences. The lunch session will take place in room S102 in the McCormick Place's South building. Register here.
IPMA is also once again hosting "The In-plant Place" on the show floor, a gathering place for any in-plant manager who wants to talk with peers and get the inside scoop on in-plant trends. This will be in booth 4637. Tuesday evening IPMA will be teaming up with RSA for an evening reception with a fun and interactive game and the possibility to win exciting prizes. IPMA is also offering a free PRINT 13 expo pass.
Also for in-plants, Xerox is holding a roundtable exclusively for in-plants interested in new ways to enhance their print centers. Billed as an intimate, interactive discussion, attendees will get to talk with former U.S. Public Printer Bob Tapella, now president of GreensheetBIZ, and Jim Hamilton, group director at InfoTrends. It takes place Monday, September 9, from 3:30–5:00 p.m., in room N227A. Register here.
Of course, the main in-plant event at PRINT 13 will be the In-plant Graphics luncheon on Monday, September 9, from 12:15 to 1:15 in room S106A. Get the full story on that event here.
